Staff spotlight – Michelle Repice

Michelle Repice has recently been named Assistant Director of Graduate Career Development at the Career Center. She transitioned to this new role in March after six years at Washington University’s Teaching Center, where she served as Assistant Director of Academic Services.

In her new position, Michelle leads professionalRepice and career development initiatives for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. She advises graduate students on career exploration and the development of career decision-making skills across academic and nonacademic job markets. She will also be busy developing new programming, especially geared toward assisting PhD students with post-graduate job placements.

Reflecting on her new role, Michelle notes, “I am excited to join the Career Center’s warm and student-centered team and thrilled to continue to serve our graduate students and postdoctoral fellows (they are my favorite people on campus – shhh!).  It will be challenging and rewarding to grow our career development programs and help grads find meaningful work.”

Congratulations to Michelle!
